Story
Born from a spark of purpose in 2010, Leinad began as a call to guide men toward growth, wholeness, and self-understanding. What started as outdoor gatherings and wild retreats has evolved into a deeper practice — a space for men to reconnect with themselves through life coaching, mentorship, and embodied experience.
Today, Leinad stands for the union of strength and love — the courage to face life’s challenges with discipline and the openness to meet them with compassion.
Through one-to-one coaching, fitness and boxing training, and nature-based practices like cold-water immersion and bushcraft, men are invited to rediscover purpose, confidence, and emotional balance.
Leinad is not a movement of ego or ideology, but a path of authenticity — helping men build resilience, heal old wounds, and lead lives grounded in clarity, integrity, and care.
This is Leinad.
A return to what matters.
A life shaped by strength and love.
Mission
Leinad exists to guide men toward balance — to live with both strength and love.
Through life coaching, fitness, boxing, and nature-based practice, I help men reconnect to purpose, resilience, and compassion.
My mission is to support men in leading lives of integrity and presence — to grow stronger not through domination, but through understanding; not by escaping the world, but by meeting it with heart, clarity, and courage.
This is the Leinad way: empowering men to rise, heal, and lead with purpose.

Life Coach
Greetings, brother.
Since 2010, I’ve been walking beside men on the path of growth and transformation — helping them rediscover strength, purpose, and emotional clarity. What began as men’s circles and wilderness retreats has evolved into a coaching practice that weaves together fitness, boxing, nature connection, and grounded mentorship.
My background as a Royal Marine Commando and bodyguard, steeped in discipline and service, taught me resilience, structure, and leadership. But my heart has always been drawn to understanding — to empathy, honesty, and the deeper work of becoming whole.
You’ll often find me outdoors in the wild southwest of England — swimming in cold rivers, climbing trees, barefoot on the earth. These simple moments remind me that healing isn’t found in escape, but in connection: to self, to nature, and to others.
I believe true masculinity is not hardness, but balance — the harmony of strength and love.
My mission is simple: to help men come home to themselves — to build confidence, heal what’s been hidden, and live with purpose, power, and heart.
My code:
To love.
To protect.
To lead by example.
