The Wild Path | “Where men go to meet God in the wild” — A Rite of Passage

The Wild Path is more than a retreat — it is a return to the ancient way.

Over three days and two nights, you’ll carry all you need on your back and journey deep into the wild. Alongside brothers, you’ll hike rugged terrain, fast in solitude, sleep beneath the stars, plunge into cold rivers, build fires, and learn essential bushcraft. It’s a stripping back of modern comforts to reawaken something fierce, sacred, and true.

But this is more than a physical test — it’s a spiritual pilgrimage.

In the Scriptures, the wilderness is where men are forged. Moses received his call in the desert (Exodus 3:1–2), Elijah heard the still small voice (1 Kings 19:11–13), and Jesus, led by the Spirit, fasted and was tested in the wild (Matthew 4:1–2). Time and again, the wilderness becomes the meeting place between man and God — a place of refining, of clarity, and of encounter.

“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.”
Jeremiah 6:16

This path is not paved — it is narrow, raw, and demanding. It calls men to face discomfort, resist the pull of apathy, and choose courage over comfort. Around the fire, something primal stirs. In the silence of fasting, something eternal speaks. And through shared struggle, true brotherhood is born.

As iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), this is a space where men sharpen one another — not with bravado, but with vulnerability, strength, and spiritual hunger. Here you will rediscover who you are when the noise fades, when the distractions fall away, and only truth remains.

The Wild Path is a summons — to resilience, to sacred masculinity, and to life lived fully awake in the presence of God.
